Window Blind FAQ's

Where can these blinds be used? On any window that is suitable for a roller blind, whether it's for your home, company foyer, showroom or office or a retail shop window. Our blinds are relevant for both commercial and domestic areas.

How do you print them? Our blinds are printed digitally in 4 colour process. We can scan an image you send to use, or print from digital files supplied. (Please note that the image resolution of the file suplied must be high enough. Logos and pictures downloaded from the Internet are not of sufficient quality) Whereas only long print runs are viable using the traditional screen printing method, we utilise state of the art colour digital printers and can print any number of blinds, from 1 upwards.

What can I have on my blinds? We can print almost any image in full colour onto our high quality roller blind material. (100% polyester and water soluble polymer coated material) that is tough, hangs well, rolls well, is washable and fire rated for extra safety. We only use UV resistant pigmented inks so that colour change and fade are kept to the absolute minimum when exposed to direct sunlight.

How long is delivery? Delivery to mainland UK is 7-10 working days from your artwork being approved to print.

How do I measure my window to get the correct size? You will need to measure the internal recess size, we will do the rest. Please see our PDF file which will help.

Do the blinds come with attachments and fittings? Our blinds are supplied complete and fitted to a roller/bracket mechanism.

How do the blinds fix to the wall or window? The blinds are supplied for DIY fiting. The roller/bracket can be adjusted to fit onto any any wall or fascia. You will need to fix the roller/bracket using the screws provided into the wall or window surface. It is best to fix the brackets at the correct width by using the roller blind in its rolled up state. Remember to allow enough space for the roller blind to roll up and unroll as this may affect the use of the blind. Please use the appropriate raw plugs suitable for the wall material when fixing the screws.

How do I order? Simply send us a confirmation email to orders@arenaonline.co.uk to confirm your order. We will need to know the size and number of blinds required, plus the delivery address.

How can I pay? We accept most major credit cand debit cards. We will process your payment before we start printing the blinds.
